The weather is gradually cooling, and while I'm sad to see summer coming to an end, I do love decorating with the rich colors of autumn, fall flowers, pumpkins, gourds, and other foliage. Here's some autumn decorating inspiration from Midwest Living to help you get started. These are all easy ways to bring the beauty of autumn inside your home!
Start with a pretty welcoming basket of flowers and leaves on your front door. See directions on how to make at Midwest Living.
Decorate your tabletop with pumpkins for a festive fall look. Small pumpkins come in handy as vases–just carve out a space large enough to put a votive candle holder in your small pumpkin, then fill votive holder with water and flowers!
Add some foliage to your mantel with dried allium, goldenrod, and wheat; leaves, acorns, and gourds are also worked in to this arrangement.
